I might as well be up donig what I need to do at this point. Unless we can have some late inning magic, I’m just going to do that. I cannot take a 2nd loss – my Mets-loving customer will not leave me alone on Monday about it.

Are you people seriously getting this pissed off over the 2nd game of the season? I could understand this if it were the last game of the season and we were fighting for our playoff hopes, but its a new season, only 2 games in. Give a rest or you are going to have a stroke midway through the season. You guys seriously need to pace yourself.

hey katherine, I wouldn’t ask too many out of state braves fans to get another team. If atlanta area fans were relied upon to fill turner field solely by themselves they’d draw about 34 fans.

whats sad is we dont even have great pitching. Our pitchers played above their heads most of last season. marginal pitching and no hitting equals a BADDD season.

@ O.J. It’s not just the start of the season. It’s that we’re seeing the SAME crap that we saw when the Braves imploded at the end of LAST season. It’s one big continuous thing. Same team, same lineup, same issues.

If the Mets only had to play the Braves they would be playoff caliber. :)

The Braves are pressing and Fredi has no answers or reinforcements. Bad cocktail.

Again once we hit May 15th we will know if its not in the cards or just a slow start.

Sadly my money is on pink slips being handed out to mgt and trading Bourne and a few others at the deadline.

Im not wearing rose colored glasses “honey” . I just prefer to wait more than one and a half games into the season to declare them dead. As far as braves games goes…you are full of crap. I go to a lot of games each season and they are always well attended. They will be perfectly fine if you start following another team.
