There have been times that JHey doesn’t move as fast as others in the field – but that could be due to his size. He’s a decent fielder for sure… but man… he’s got to pick it up at the plate just a little…

Maybe there’s a miracle and Terdoslavich turns into an elite hitter. He (apparently) has all the tools (or could develop them) to become a similar hitter to Tex, in some level.

It feels like he’s been pitching since 8 this morning.
And on another note, this is what we all should be getting ourselves ready for this upcoming season. Teams that have hitters in the lineup that fight off pitches and battle will work Atlanta’s starters pitch counts up all season long. Then once again the relievers will get overworked.
And at the same time, the batters for Atlanta will struggle continuously leaving them trailing in most of their games.

Another one of the partners on the Dodger deal is the head of Mandalay Entertainment, which, among other things, is one of the biggest producers/financiers of movies in the world…yeah- “cash” is not really a problem with these folks…

Wren had to trade Tex midseason to at least get something in return before he hit FA, because Tex was a Boras client at the time, and was going to demand way more money than the Braves could or were willing to pay…

Tex signed an 8 year $180 contract. Do you really think the Braves would commit to anything close to that?
