if we dont sign someone, we could end up with hinske as our primary left-fielder for most of the season. i just dont see chipper staying healthy, and if health is an issue, i dont expect much production. hope i’m wrong, but so far, i see no reason for wren to be optimistic.

Another spring filled with injuries and mediocrity. After a massive choke it does mean something.
Sports Illustrated is dead on.
Guys who hit 40 who have “accidental” knee tears — if Jones plays 80 (full) games I’d be surprised. 2012 is being forfeited for the sake of a farewell tour. Even the Braves knew when it was time to cut bait on Henry Aaron and Dale Murphy. Hopefully the larger crowds will equate to more payroll room. On second thought, we’re owned by Liberty Media. Forget it.

Soph – How many catchers were taken before McCann was taken? It was several rounds and catchers taken. I’m sorry, but the managers were after production, not picking by their hearts.
I wanted Uggla, but Murph took him on the pick right before mine.
Still, satisfied with my team. Best pitching, no doubt.
Just for the information, I had three Braves on my list; Prado, Uggla and Freeman. But as the draft proceeded, I lost all three by not taking them earlier. But I was after a good team…not a Braves laden team.
This wil be a fun year!!

Just got done running and wow, I can’t believe how lost I got. I thought the track I was running around would just loop in a circle, back to where I started. Nope. I got about three and a half miles or more out and I knew somethin’ wasn’t right. It took me about two hours just to get back to my car. I was so pissed.
