Of course, first ballot. Name a better switch hitter who never DH’d (other than in interleague play) Mickey Mantle, Pete Rose? may be the only ones.

Chipper Jones is only one of two career switch hitters to ever hit .300 from both sides of the plate, and the only player to do it during the modern era. Simply put, Chipper is one of a kind.
O yea, dear Jeff Nelson, you can suck my big donkey kong. .p.s. Nelson opened his big trap and said that he doesn’t believe Chipper’s a first ballot Hall of Famer.
