5-80 For B-Macc! Do It NOW!

The dude will be in line for the HOF if he has 3 more years of consistant production over 130 games per season…

Plus I don’t want my blue B-Macc jersey to become a “Throwback” like my Teixeira Jersey has become….

Molina is better defensively because in spite of Mac’s contention most every spring that he found workout Jesus, he is as he’s always been..fat.

Offensively there is no comparison between Mac and Molina. Molina is your average lite hitting catcher. While Mac never became the great hitter he looked like his first full season, he does supply some pop in the lineup. It’s hard to believe Mac is worth over 20% of the total payroll but what better choice do we have ?

I actually went to look today at a house for possibly buying. Perhaps surveyed is more accurate. Still wary of buying but drove by a house built in 1860 on the outskirts of Princeton to check it out. Nice locale, but only makes sense, if I change my job.

Nolie, name a fat catcher who was great over a long career . People think of Campanella, Pudge and Fisk as big but they were nowhere near Mac’s bulk. Fisk for instance was 6′3” 200lb while Mac is listed at 6′3” 230 and I’ve seen him at least 20lbs over that. It’s not just size though, Mac looks plain chubby with baby fat.

McCann is AL bound! Red Sox, Texas (if they lose Napolli?), Detroit, Blue Jays, all would be happy to use him as a C and DH. Yankess might also, but they have several C in the minors. But, McCann would allow them to trade those and keep McCann.
