The true kobe is insanely expensive, but worth it because it really does melt in your mouth. The American version, Wagyu, is basically the same, but less expensive (still very, very expensive) than the Japanese one…you really should try it sometime if you get the chance (it’s on some menus in burger form…trust me. It’s worth it)
