the essence of baseball has always been long seasons and many combined sample sizes/ One game playoff is the complete antithesis of the sport. save it for football

I was yelling at the Daytona announcers on Monday because they said “weather was on the way” I merely pointed out (in my charmingly ranty way) that “weather” cannot be “on the way” because it is not something that just randomly happens or comes and goes as it pleases. It’s WEATHER. IT IS ALWAYS HAPPENING. (and now I am ranting again…sorry!)

Dude had a one of a kind year that was Unnoticed by the media!
Expect that triple team to fall off some during this season…Its a daunting task for them to have duplicate seasons like 2011, and that is barring nagging Injuries as well…They can happen to anyone

Just a comment regarding Gaddis. Too many young people get off course and feel their lot in life is set. The biggest value in stories like Gaddis’ is it’s proof for people who think they can’t or even don’t deserve to chase their dreams. Just find the right people who can guide and support you and go after it..whatever it is.

The One Game Crap is FUBR, It needs to be a best of three, because in any game with a Crap Umpire (Pornstache Bill Hohn, or Cowboy Joe West) with their F’d Up Calls can decide a game and an upset, We All saw that in 1997…And The Braves have had the WORST luck in The Playoffs in Sports the last 20 years Period!
And Dud Selig, If you are listening…? Reduce the S. Training Schedule by a week to 10 days…And oh yeah I got two words For Ya?

-Legal PED usage
-The Teams Own Commentators call the LCS/W. Seties Games…The team that hosts the home game uses its commentators on FOX, That would Ol Yeller Blow Buck and Tim McSlobber and their personal bias for either STL or NE teams

I meant 7pm local time…I still love sacrificing sleep to watch the West Coast Swing games because thanks to that crappy unbalanced schedule, the Braves usually only make 1 trip out there even though 2011 was an exception with the Seattle trip

I know you meant local time- but you still have to consider when West Coast teams play on the east coast, especially in the play-offs, that if you start a game at 7, half the fan base that would be watching the game is still at work…that’s not good

I think they don’t televise them on purpose…
Way back,before the New wave S. Training Parks were built, most S. Training facilities were dumps to televise games at…Not to mention the main reason that S. Training games arent televised is because they are played during the day when everyone is at work…Teams are not gonna waste money to televise minor leaguers play…it doesn’t appeal to the casual fan like the NFL preseason does…which is moot
I’m ok with listening to the games on Radio, that is an element of the game that is close to extinct with kids today…Kids are so Spoiled with Satellie cable and internet

glad to hear PRado is motivated. He does have a lot to prove again. A lot of people are trying to put him back in the super utility role. Prado was unselfish moving to LF but he needs to produce at the plate. He also needs to show that the lack of hustle on a couple plays towards the end of the year was a fluke.

The only Breakfast I eat is Sugarry Cereal with Marshmellows, Apple Cinn. Oatmeal, Hashbrowns and Chewy Bacon..Ya know that Bacon That is Chewy as a Gummy Saver, Full of Grease
So Far This year I bet I have only ate a decent breakfast a handful of times…
