It’s actually a very good movie- but it’s very violent and the subject matter is pretty heavy. Also there is a lot of language that is not cable friendly
BTW, if JAIRO’s also out of options, he’s 28 on May 5 this year. Getting late for that full-time gig in ATLANTA. Nine years in the minor’s, but this may be his year if the BRAVES have to go with only two lefty’s in the pen.
The locks are Kimbrel, Venters, O’Flarethy and Medlen. That would leave 3 slots for Martinez, Varvaro, Asencio, Fish, Gerrin, Vizcanio and Moylan.
In ST there is always a sore elbow, a pulled grion or pulled hamstring. So the Braves will need 4 arms for the final three slots. I believe the Braves will put Varvaro, Martinez, and Asencio on the roster. Fish will be the LOOGY who gets on the roster when a bullpen injury occurs in ST. Vizcanio goes to AAA to be streched out as a starter andget more seasoning.
Braves did not hit last year. Multiple starters were hurt during the year. The bullpen was burned out with 1 month left in the season. The Braves endured a colossal slump during the last month. All this and they were but 1 game out of the playoffs.
The Braves have a lot of ifs going into this year but they do not need them all to make it to the playoffs. Everything went wrong last year. Maybe this year everything will fall our way. The ifs in my order of importance.
1. Heyward regains his swing. We will learn early on if he regains his pop.
2. Hanson regains his health and pitches like the ace of the staff. Cannot wait to see the new delivery
3. Pastornicky is ML ready.
4. Hudson returns healthy and effective.
5. Beachy and Minor continue to progress and improve.
