So… reading the Moylan article…. basically everything Wren has said up to this point was, well, pointless. They have not upgraded the outfield defense. Heyward is absolutely guaranteed a starting position. _ 10Paul
My bet all along was that this years starting eight would be the same as last years. So now, sans Alex,it seems it will be. I said at the time that stuff about Heyward was pure BS. Suits me fine.

This afternoon my five year old granddaughter was estatically jumping up and down recounting how her kinder teacher had exclaimed, “You blew my socks off” referring to her reading abilities.
I’m sitting in the rocker thinking to myself [a person who did not want children] as my wife, middle daughter, and her two children shared the moment with me how truly blessed I was, and how misguided I was as a young man.
Then I thought how lucky we all were to be living in peace in a country with NO internal war, with the comforts of modern living, and a surfit of food available at all times. Thanks all around for such a wonderful life.

Muchas gracias TOM O’:
That was a genre unknown by me until tonight. Not sure my musical ear would have appreciated the CAMELS back then, but thanx. I sure dig it now!

my 3 year old does something at least once a day that makes me feel like that…sometimes he doesn’t have to do anything
