TBS announced Tuesday that its playoff coverage will be missing its most familiar voice: lead game announcer Ernie Johnson. In a statement, Johnson said his son Michael, 23, “has muscular dystrophy and has been in intensive care for the last two weeks and is expected to remain hospitalized for several more weeks. At this time, my job is to be with Michael.”

Wren is saying all the right things, so is Sheurholz. But their hands are cuffed financially with Jones and Lowe. Frank will have fits trying to rid of Derek even eating a huge piece of his salary. You guys do realize this, right?
Bottom line is that who is here will need to learn from this bad ending of the season. Nothing like a game changing star player is coming to atlanta. Forget it. Money ain’t there and they are not willing to trade any top prospect.
