How ya doing? I’m wondering what the issue is with Jurrjens. He seems to have the arm speed. Is his ball not moving? We can live with a bad game or two in early September, but we need our horses to run like horses, and not like donkeys!
Just think, if all the guys on here formed a team, Hell they would be 162-0.
Just ask yourself this question, do you produce A+ work everyday on your job??? Yeah, I didn’t think so.
You know earlier on the year I saw JJ throwing 88, and everything I know about baseball is telling me this guy sucks, he doesn’t have a bunch of movement his location isn’t really that good, but he finishes with a 1.89 ERA in the first half, okay maybe I was wrong and his stuff might be sneaky or something. Now we’re seeing the JJ I thought we would see if he continued to throw 88
A Braves blog, and someone is complaining that Glavine talks about pitching too much?

Suck it up? Yeah, let him go out there and throw with pain in his arm. That certainly won’t lead to other problems. And the problem was that, because it was causing pain, he was forced to stop throwing for a couple of weeks. Which, of course, pushed his rehab back a few weeks.
get rocked again ,,, against that crappy team…. and against a guy who have a drug case open in puerto rico, under accusations of clean the money from a mob gangter… GIVE ME A BREAK…
To the earlier poster…yes, Bourn does take some gawd-awful routes to some balls, jumps before he has to, etc. Not the most natural center fielder. I’ll still take him at the top of the order.
Vizcaino is awesome, I hope this reliever role is just a temporary thing. I want the Braves rotation to be, Hudson, Beachy, Teheran, Minor, and Delgado or Vizcaino
I’m calling it: 10-9 Braves in 10 innings……… You heard it here first!

JJ said that Javy Vazquez was a good influence for him during his stint with the Braves. Maybe JJ is trying to copy Javy Vazquez and that is the reason that is giving up so many HRs. In all seriousness, this start is eerily similar to Hanson last start. There is got to be something wrong with JJ too.
It’s too bad that more bloggers don’t realize that a team (except for the Phillies) will go cold from time to time. But that a team with a lot of talent will do pretty well overall. And no doubt we do have a lot of talent.
OK folks, help me with my dinner choice……….. You’ve got until the end of the game to register your vote.

He might not be hurt. Most pitchers are not Greg Maddux, and do have bad stretches from time to time. We really don’t know, to be honest.
