Don’t know what Braveheart has against him, but for my money Joe Simpson is the best color man in the business. Love listening to him, and I thought the combination of Joe and Pete and Skip and Don were great. And I thought Boog and Joe were absolutely terrific. Chip is usually ok, but Brian Jordan is not good and Ron Gant is the absolute worst. .

OK, seriously, if our catching prospect is not used and that is indeed the guy they want, I don’t know what Frank is thinkings… It’s not a position of need on the ATL major league roster now or in the near future. I wouldn’t be surprised if Rossy stayed as our backup for several more years. He likes it here and we all love him. Give of the catching prospect for crying out loud and then go get a RH RP. Easy as 1-2-3

Here’s the big issue with getting Bourn. If you get him, you now have 3 left handed CF’er when Schafer and McLouth get back. And still no RH bat……
But I do undertand he is an upgrade over those two guys, but is he a good enough upgrade to send off some of your better prospects?
