It’s quite obvious what the problem is…that stupid flipping haircut! And it’s not just Uggla…the haircut and the woes it brings with have infected the entire team. Go bald = ..290 team avg.

Ive been reading this blog for 4 or 5 years!
The “Poser?” (Get Him Drunk?) is an idiot!
There was a time~ when changing “screen names” was only done by a few fools!
Now its become so prevalent that the blog has been “Watered Down” :-(
I agree~ with Scott’s theory / of course tho not practical~ I can see it was written
“tongue and cheek!”

I can see by uggla’s statement, hitting harder, swinging for hr’s, he’s not listening to hitting coach(parrish) or parrish has all or nothing approach. I’m like a lot of others on here that wanted pendleton gone for a good while, but maybe it was the hitters not listening to him. When a hitter was slumping, all pendleton would preach was make contact and hit outside pitches to opposite field. Larry Parrish if I’m not mistaken played his entire career in the A.L.

O MY LORD…he thinks he’s BEHIND and LATE on pitches!!! Don’t these guys watch film…he is wildly ahead of everything and his front side starts opening as the pitcher is almost releasing the ball. I hope that quote was said different or was in a different meaning or something…yikes

If Uggla’s not injuried, put him in the lineup and let him play. He’s not going to hit sitting in the dugout either!!!

Freddy and the Braves did the same thing with Heyward.

A morsel of hope/optimism for Uggla, batting 7th tonight: In 15 career ABs in 7-hole, he’s 6-for-15 (.400) with 3 doubles, 1 homer

Put Uggla leadoff hitter one day, just like Willie Mays in an All Star Game.
