So this is what it is like to have bullpen problems… You kind of take it for granted when your bullpen is as good as last year, eh?

I keep looking for something positive to say about this team. I have nothing. Fredi leaves his pitchers in 1 batter too long constantly. He refuses to stand up for his players against the umps. We have a bullpen that is getting knocked around, and can’t hold a lead. The insurance runs just do not happen. Uggla is supposed to be a late starter, I tired of hearing that. Solo HRs seem to be the only thing that the Braves can do.

That just about makes any potential Fire Fredi campaign a lost cause. Null and void.
Four runs in 19 innings. The Cardinals with zero wins when trailing in the 8th inning or later until last night, about to make it back to back.

Never seems to fail. Come home Braves up 2-0, break out my brew and the very next inning…they blow the lead and then commence to self destruct! Freddi G is Bobby C 2.0.
Would have took Beachy out before the 7th! This overrated offense is gonna avg 3 runs while the overrated pitching staff is gonna give up 4 a game!
How many 1 run games is that so far? That is if they dont score again here!

Wow. What a turn of events. Started the week by winning 5 of 6 to end a nice 6-4 West Coast trip. Then the McDowell fiasco. Followed by the Lowe fiasco. And now, back to back losses and probably an 0-3 start to the homestand. Nice, Braves.

Sick and tired of hearing how great the bullpen is especially Kimbrel he hasn’t pitched enough to be called the right handed Billy Wagner. He has two blown saves and will likely get the loss for the game today where he got ONE OUT AND KNOCKED AROUND!!! He hasn’t proved sh*t yet other than he’s wild and can be effective or he can joke and get smashed. Long way to go before ppl call him a Billy Wagner type..its a joke how bad the bullpen has been in this series so far vs the cards. And don’t even get me started on the offense.. that’s a whole nother monster right there..

It is truly painful to watch.
They’re seriously pushing it. You’d think there’d be a few more people there for a Saturday day game but, f ‘em.

The more I watch this team the more I see a .500 ball club. There has been absolutely zero late inning magic like last season. Everybody keeps telling me to watch and wait meanwhile the phillies and even the marlins keep winning games. Seems like the bullpen is going to be a weakness and if they don’t find a shut down middle innings guy its gonna be a longggggg year. Keep hearing how the offense is about to break out soon but I see absolutely NO SIGNS OF THAT!!!!
