Yeah let’s just throw in the towel on Nate because he went 0-4. While we’re at it, let’s scrap Prado and Uggla and just start Brooks and Hinske.
One game does not a season make. Let’s see how the late-inning relief pitching does.

Freddie with the glove. He will need a closet full with Lowe, Hudson, and JJ pitching this year. He may also need some knee pads and yoga classes with Uggla and Gonzalez feeding him balls.

the rookie closer is going to get thrown in right away. i hope he is ready.
If he wasn’t ready, he wouldn’t be in the majors. I hope he’s ready to get three outs before he and his team gives up 2 runs!
When is soon enough, if not “right away”? Maybe they should save him for Game 10 or 15 or 20 of the season.

Yeah, I do…its not as though Livan is a world beater…hell, the guy’s career record is just 5 games above .500.
If I can go out and not get paid and do it, they should be able to….yeah, maybe its just not their day though….at least not hitting….
But thats why we have DLowe and the pen we have!

Worth mentioning that batting McLouth 2nd and Heyward 6th is likely to cost the team a Heyward plate apperance this game.
But again, we are winning, so it’s really kind of unimportant right now.
