DS1, once he gets through MEPS he will be good. I can’t stand MEPS. The doctor thought I had a hernia when I enlisted, and it took me months and multiple visits to doctors and an ultrasound to show that it wasn’t.
Did you say he was joining the Reserves or the National Guard?

McFann, she loves it. She was riding around on it during the snowstorm in Jan and offered to deliver “emergency” supplies (i.e. hot chocolate, cookies, and milk) to all her friends. Poor thing’s tire went flat on the second day of the storm though.

This is for the Reserves, but he is considering the NG is they keep jerking him around. I have heard the Guard have their own doc to clear him before MEPS.
And you are right, it’s some lame azzed doc at MEPS that is the issue. All he has to do is call my son’s doctor, if he wants clarification.

DS1, they do like to do that. The civilians who work at MEPS are very rude, and they just make things as miserable as possible. Hopefully they clear him soon, so he doesn’t have to deal with MEPS again.

I don’t think DOB is around this evening. I personally think Hanson’s off speed stuff is what makes his fastball so effective. During a stretch late in the season last year, he was almost unhittable for a few games.
