February 28th, 20111:15 pm
I can see into the future cabravesfan…

And I also predict Chipper will ground into a double play
February 28th, 20111:19 pm
When are gas prices going to come down?
(Radio just finished the top of the 1st)
February 28th, 20111:22 pm
I doubt the prices on At Bat will come down until well after the all star break… unless they run some sort of promotion for a weekend. Based on the number of reviews At Bat already has it looks like not many people are upset over the price raise.
February 28th, 20111:23 pm

AGon walks, loads the bases for Hinske

Oh snap… something good happens… won’t tell you what though
February 28th, 20111:33 pm
February 28th, 20111:34 pm
“Compare it to rock music from the 70s/80s where “good” was equated with “high dBA.” All that resulted in was a lot of partial hearing loss. If you need 120 dBA to hear the tune, you might need to get your hearing checked”
You see, this is a special amplifier. It goes to 11, you see? Most amps, they only go to ten. But this baby, she’ll go up to 11. How much more is that? Well, a normal amp goes to ten but this one goes to 11, so it’s one better.
February 28th, 20111:35 pm
Hicks also does something good
February 28th, 20111:39 pm
Damn it! Just lost the game feed
“Robert re: your 11:47 a.m.
you forgot two…Magic and Bird”
In no way did I mean to imply that Jordan was the only one. Magic and Bird certainly belong in that group
February 28th, 20111:40 pm
Not a good outing for Wandy so far
“How much more is that? Well, a normal amp goes to ten but this one goes to 11, so it’s one better”
It’s one louder, not one better
Ugh my feed went to football speak
February 28th, 20111:41 pm
Bases loaded for McCann… the Braves have batted around in the inning and that’s the end of the day for Wandy
February 28th, 20111:42 pm

February 28th, 20111:45 pm
1st and 3rd, 2 out, Uggla at the plate… pops out to foul territory
Uggla pops out…
February 28th, 20111:46 pm
“Chipper Jones, who, until 2007-2009, had been to the playoffs every year and at every stage in his career.”
Being on a great team doesnt mean one is a great leader. The only time the Braves won anything, Chipper was a follower, not a leader. No Chipper Jones led team has ever done anything emmorable except choke
February 28th, 20111:51 pm
February 28th, 20111:53 pm
Uggla misses one, runners at 1st and 3rd for the ’stros
February 28th, 20111:54 pm

February 28th, 20111:57 pm

February 28th, 20112:04 pm
robbie I really don’t know why you are here. So let me ask, why are you here? Who are you a fan of? You are no Braves fan, you make that abundantly clear. You never claim to be one, actually, and you continually bash them with every keystroke. Most of your comments are spittle-filled bashings that appear to only have one goal – to draw the wrath of every single Braves fan on this site.
So, why do you come here and post?
February 28th, 20112:10 pm
Radio feed back up- and seems to be a little more caught up…
February 28th, 20112:27 pm
Nate doubles in Marteeeen!!!
(and Chipper singles him in)…
February 28th, 20112:36 pm
nice one -
February 28th, 20112:43 pm
Strangely silent during the game – Braves up 8-2 in the 5th…
February 28th, 20112:44 pm
Maybe the shock of Nate getting 2 hits has caused mass fainting…
Never mind …
February 28th, 20112:45 pm
Of course, I can build up my stats, I suppose…
But that would be cheating…
February 28th, 20113:01 pm
Go for it
What’s happening in the game?
February 28th, 20113:14 pm
McLouth had a good game today
February 28th, 20114:17 pm
February 28th, 20114:26 pm
NEW BLOG is up. Exit stage right.
February 28th, 20116:56 pm
Lew, good point at 9:34 a.m. today, about Schultz asking and Chipper answering honestly. Some just aren’t happy unless the question is answered to their liking, whether it’s truth or not.
February 28th, 20116:58 pm
Interesting. If we had a dollar for every time (on this blog alone) that people claimed that DOB, Bradley, Schultz, or any other local journalist refused to ask players (and managers) the tough questions, we could afford a blog party (which we also would likely argue about).
Yet when Schultz does exactly that, both he and the player who dared answer the question so many wanted answered, are both ripped. — Lew
We talk baseball, other sports, music, movies, BBQ and whatever (except politics or religion)
