Fredi’s Fu Manchu, glad it works for you. I was hoping you would not have a problem because it said IE1, even though people said it worked just fine with their IE7’s and IE8’s. cnet is a really good site.
Anthony Varvaro is interesting because of the past success getting players (specifically pitchers) from Seattle off waivers. Eric O’Flaherty & Jorge Campillo comes to mind.
I’m currently multitasking with the Braves on my computer and the WGC-Accenture Match Play on the TV. Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Matt Kuchar is playing one semi-final while UGA Bulldog Bubba Watson in the other semi-final. If both win, that’d make for a heck of a final.
One thing I love about Spring Training is that there are always a few guys who come into camp and make a showing. You don’t know anything about them. Then, an injury here, a bad performance there, and some young’un makes his MLB debut.
Venters was that guy last year. I wonder if someone like a Constanza or Marek will be that guy this year.

I think that if Freeman kills spring opponents he might be the number 7 hitter instead of the number 8. And if Alex Gonzalez struggles.
But I understand why he would be hesitant to that. Two lefties back to back in Heyward in Freeman might be a liability late in games.
