Murph – when Yahoo! opens up registration, I’ll be able to reactivate the league and invite the other managers back. We had several who signed up but didn’t do a darn thing after that (missed the draft and sat out most of/all of the season)….I’m not even sure who they were anyway.
So the active managers will get invites, but there’ll be some openings, and you can definitely join if you’ll be an active participant.
Heck, if we get enough interest, maybe we can make a second league and have an AL/NL thing. I love fantasy baseball
Sweet. I took last year off from playing, too much going on with babies and jobs and everything else. Can’t wait to get back in the swing of things this year.
I’d be an active participant all the way to the end, even if I’m in last place.
Winner gets blog pride. toga party won last year (what happened to him?), I was 2nd, someone by the name of “Crime Shame” was 3rd, and Soph was 4th. Maybe we can come up with a tangible prize, though.
RHR made trophies for the winner, the “co-MVPs,” and the last place finisher, I believe.
I don’t think the 4th OF spot is Schafer’s to lose, it’s probably more the other way around. Ark Trav
I agree. Very unlikely they are gonna have him sitting on the bench up here. Under the right circumstances he might start in Atlanta (and that is a long shot) but if not he will likely be starting in the minors rather than sitting and accumulating even more rust

yeah it’s often a good idea to say you are being facetious because there are soooo many unbelievably silly things said here in utter seriousness that it is hard to come up with facetious statements that are enough overboarf for everybody to know right away that you are kidding around

there are several videos of her on Youtube under the Celtic Woman files. She is certainly exuberant & happy as a pixie and plays very well for all the dancing she does as she plays. Cute too, though that might mean a bit less to you than to me.

some players probably do, but also remember that Law is not a Minor fan(not am I yet) and made a big deal about Atlanta picking him too high and could be looking for anything that would back up his original analysis

What if his sinker doesn’t stay as sharp more often this year? JJ’s 2009 was a fluke imo. So many of those walks and hits WILL turn into earned runs on him I think.
