Been too long since I have been on here. I can’t wait for spring training, the regular season and beyond. Besides as a Wake Forest fan, not exactly much for me to cheer for now.

All I can look forward to is the Braves and the beach.

As Zac Brown says-

Knee deep in the water somewhere. Blue skies, cool breeze in my hair. My only worry is if the tide will reach my chair.

brian…………that is my only worry as well

Thanks DOB. It is hard to say right now if this is the last season for Alex but i would think they would consider bringing him back on a short one year deal if none of these guys are ready

Trey – other options – I alternate between being totally innocuous on the blog and making fun of morons…I hit a high percentage of baskets when the opportunity to shoot hoops arises…I get hit in the head for rooting for a tennis player from Manhattan Beach, where we formerly resided…

If this person gets famous with music I definitely have a chance in the music business. I am going to pursue my dreams as a singer or a rap artist. Folks have little taste in music today.

What’s the definition of insanity?

the definition of insanity is thinking that Einstein’s definition that deals with the sciences has any meaning at all when applied to baseball.

managers manage. get their team to the point.

While the Braves still believes in Mclouth I don’t.If he was on any other winning team his ass would’nt see the the field and they would trade him,but the braves a team who penny pinches want’s to hang on to whatever little hope he has.Go out and get a damn replacement, I’m so tired of this cheap organization.

Not a fan of the bone-in steak…

I know the purists say the bone helps the flavor, but if it does, it ain’t significant. Certainly not worth the pain in the ass of cutting around it. My boneless rib-eyes the other night were awesome. Thank you to the guys who rec’d the chimney starter. Why is this not more popular? That thing works incredibly well. So easy, a Nick could do it, is what I’m sayin’.

Between the National Park and the vast acreage that NASA has that can’t be developed, it is a sportsman paradise. I bought a yearly pass to the National Park because I knew I would be coming back up there again. I took my motorcycle too and there are just vast undeveloped areas around Cape Kennedy (or Canaveral) without much traffic to ride. It was so funny the looks I would get when people asked where I was from. I’d just tell them you have to get out of the Keys every now and then or you’ll go crazy.

uga-brave

Easy to say it’s wrong now, uga. But the rest of the league didn’t see it either. Plus, I think a bunch of Tedford products have sucked as professionals. If Alex Smith had the bench time that Rogers did, I think he’s as good or better. He’s never recovered from those first two years of getting hit in the mouth. And, I don’t think anyone can say Rogers would’ve had success in the Niner’s situation.

Sounds like you guys actually get pretty good Braves caravans in down there. The Twins caravan just rolled through last week and the only guy even remotely worth going to see was Ron Gardenhire.

No Joe Mauer. No Justin Morneau. Nobody. Gardenhire. The hitting coach and a couple of rookies I hadn’t heard of.

ward

falcons had nine chances unabated against him and he was sacked once.

the packers looked like the dome team. the team that played in a controlled atmospere.
