Haha! That’s funny. Well, black-and-white episodes would help sooth the next-to-unbearableness of being in that chair…
My Dad’s going to the dentist tomorrow—he broke a tooth last week. It was an already-dead tooth, though, so he was about to wait till after Christmas.

If they can’t get a OF that can hit leadoff, than I see no better choice than Prado. Think about it, you ain’t putting McLouth there when he’s shown zilch at the plate for almost two full seasons. Jones looks like a perfect 2 hole hitter to me. He can just slap the ball around the field some and move guys over while taking his walks. When he gets hurt they can just move Prado in that spot, or maybe McLouth and keep Prado at leadoff.
I guess I go: Prado/ Jones/ Heyward/ Uggla/ McCann/ Freeman/ Gonzalez/ McLouth

The problem with this lineup is that Chipper will be lucky to play 60 games this year and Nate will be sent down after the first month. The same thing could be said for Freeman. We still have multiple holes to fill and I hope we’re not done making moves. I will say the lineup looks good on paper but if you’re a true braves fan you know this will not get it done for the length of a 162 game season. We need to pick up a speedy outfielder who can hit .280+.

Mark my words, Nate McLouth will not be batting 2nd when the season starts. I refuse to believe that Freddi will make the same mistake that Bobby Cox was prone to make. He will give him a shot to either succeed or fail, and fail miserably will be what he does. Why will this happen? Simply put, the boy sucks the biggest one ever. He ain’t shyt and will never amount to anything. That one year in Pittsburgh was an aberration. And let’s not even get into his shytty defense. He misjudges fly balls, and has absolutely no arm at all. I’m rooting for Schafer to play his way back onto this team, for no other reason than I don’t think I can take another year of watching Nate McLouth do his best impression of a monkey making love to a football.

Creepy, ain’t it? Well, I think it’s ’cause they mention Norfolk, VA, in this really hilarious episode of The Honeymooners, so every time I see that name I think of that episode. [Ray]Liotta: Nick Pileggi gave me I don’t know how many hours of cassettes of himself interviewing Henry Hill, and I would listen to them continuously. JJ for GARDNER. Very interesting. But I’m sure WREN is gonna’ see how things go in ST before switching a recovering SP for a McLOUTH replacement. Both BRAVES players are problematic this season. JJ’s gonna’ have to look like the second coming of HALLIDAY before a trade for GARDNER happens. That’s going to take some time. Meanwhile, we’ve got NATE-dog and CHIPPER to consider. Maybe they pan out, and a trade isn’t necessary. Cross your fingers.
