Is there anything more pitiful than actually hearing 3 fans distinctly participating in the Chop? Doesn’t quite have the same feeling to it as when 45,000 people are doing together.
Reminds me of those 3 guys in the OF bleachers on Major League doing the 2-man “wave”.
Why can’t our starting pitchers not throw strikes all of a sudden???? Lowe couldn’t throw strikes the other day. JJ was having trouble throwing strikes. And now Minor is having trouble throwing strikes. It’s like we are walking everyone all of a sudden. Come on, guys. Tighten it up!!
Sucks the way that inning went down for Minor, but all in all you can’t really complain about a 5 inning 2 run outing. Well you could, but you shouldn’t.

Chris from the Rock — I’m hoping Vizciano was only scheduled to pitch one inning as part of his rehab. The fear, of course, is that he had a set back.

Both pitchers with fairly high pitch counts for 4 innings: Niese at 66, Minor at 71.
That could be a good thing for us……..
