I called for Melky there, but that AB shows why he ain’t a big upgrade over Ankiel. He’s an OK hitter but doesn’t have the range to play CF regularly.

Conrad came in slugging .560 w/ 7 HRs in 96 ABs vs righties, .308 w/ no homers in 26 ABs vs. lefties. (Doubled off lefty Marshall in 8th inn today)
