is it just me or does it feel like the outfield wall in Wrigley is like a mile away from homeplate? i know it’s not, it just always looks like a huge field to me. maybe it’s because the wall is so high, not sure

I’m not contradicting myself at all. I simply find the littany of derisive posts directed towards Nick, Mitchell, et al. more predictable than the opinions they espouse. If you don’t agree with another person’s viewpoint, fine. But the daily vitriol wasted on Braves’ fans who have more critical opinions than yours as well as on Phillies’ fans who lurk here day in and day out is beyond stale.

Somebody who knows how (AJC sports?) needs to get in touch with ESPN and tell them they are putting out bad info. Course that’s nothing new. Heard them say twice yesterday and again this AM that the Braves play 3 games against the Phillies at the end of the year and all 3 are in Philly. Apparently they think the season ends in Sept. We all know the Braves have the Phils in Atlanta the last 3 games of the year, Oct.1,2,3. You may have trouble getting someone at ESPN as all their reporters may be working on stories about the Yankees, Red Sox, and Favre!
