What are you rolling your eyes at?
Ho Sit Down!
Bring up Sorry-ano
@Trey-10…agree my friend!
JC from DR!
Minor got Ramirez to strikeout? Minor for MVP!
Trey - 10 (Mrs. Utley, so easy that a caveman can do it)
Nick 2.5, do you think you would have caught that ball?
August 22nd, 2010
Really, not an apologist—on this level that one has to be caught, and, this is another area/aspect of our Bravos that will kill them in a playoff appearance.
When are all the bloggers going to realize that every team in the NL has their own “areas/aspects”? We have fewer than almost all the rest, thus our record.
August 22nd, 20102:45 pm
Well, the game started out promising…
Braves are done scoring folks. BALLGAME!
Minor is still pretty impressive for a rookie.
Trey – I know I would have caught that.
Come On M&M!!!
August 22nd, 20102:46 pm
Thanks Heyward . and the cubs tie this game.. Bravooo..
Nick, the game is tied. in the 1st inning. please stop typing.
How can we look so good at home, yet so horrible on the road?
Offensively, collectively….Melkbone is deceptive and better than he appears.
Nick 2.5, did you have a bad experience at the Braves game when you were younger? Did you spend too much on the Braves tickets and the Braves let you down? Why are you always calling ballgame?
Why in the world does anyone engage Nick during a game? It’s pointless. Ignore. Ignore. Ignore.
August 22nd, 20102:47 pm
Ho Sit DOWN
Damn. Philly is winning 2-0. Looks like we’re 1.5 games up.
Nick please, I bet you couldn’t catch a volley ball dropping right into your arms.
chilidog, there’s no such thing as a hit and run with a runner on second. High risk with very little benefit since most hits would score a runner from second. Just a straight steal there.
Look at how easy Omar caught that… and to think Chipper always drops ‘em, lol.
@Nick 2/3/4/whatever…..are you deep sea fishing today?
NEW BLOGGAGE — including how INFANTE could win the NL batting title
August 22nd, 20102:48 pm
chilidog, everyone says that and usually they end up doing the same exact thing. It’s too hard to not engage.
Trey – I’m actually a very, very good OF. That was a routine play. He was scared of the wall. He sucks dude. I know it hurts that he turned out to be a bust but we have to accept it. Maybe Freeman will pan out.
Minor sure has given up some cheap runs in these few starts. Not his fault. Bad luck, really. Although Castro hit that ball pretty well — still should have been caught.
Shhhh….you hear that? BALLGAME!
Shhh…you hear that? It’s your phone not ringing because nobody likes you. Nobody. Seek help.
August 22nd, 20102:49 pm
This blog has become littered with so many misinformed douches, that it’s barely worth bothering with anymore.
Nick 2.5, I thought the game was over so why are you still on here?
JC, that’s what I was thinking. But Ole Chip and Joe were praising Pinella for calling it. I didnt agree.
August 22nd, 20102:50 pm
Salty Dawg, I am sure his family loves him, or at least tolerates.
August 22nd, 20102:51 pm
How long has it been since the Braves took a series from a losing team on the road?
Jerry how long ago has it been since you called the Braves loss and were wrong?
Nick, i admire you. You’re always so negative no matter what. But that’s not the reason, I admire you because no matter how many times you get offended by this people, no matter how many times they drop their frustrations on you because of this team’s struggles, you never answer back with offensive stuff. That requires maturity.
August 22nd, 20102:52 pm
@JC Bravo……..to say I do not realize that other teams have deficiencies is an affront….I am not a font of knowledge but can emphasize the team of my liking—which is obviously the Braves. I am concerned solely with their success and could care less about the other teams pitfalls
August 22nd, 20102:53 pm
JC from DR! No, he answers back with more negative stuff about the Braves.
August 22nd, 2010
“Tomahawkin, Melky is one of the only bright spots we have right now.”
That is concerning…!
1 2 3 down quietly go the braves offense..
August 22nd, 20102:57 pm
minor pitched way too well in the first inning to be on the hook for 1ER
August 22nd, 20102:59 pm
perfect pitch. jeebus.
August 22nd, 20103:00 pm
Oh, will they stop pretending Pinella is retiring for good. He’ll be back, mostly likely managing the Yankees next season, with Girardi managing the Cubs.
August 22nd, 20103:06 pm
Heyward redeems himself.
August 22nd, 20103:09 pm
Heyward homer impressive given that wind’s not blowing out. it’s not blowing straight in, either, but it’s not blowing out.
August 22nd, 20103:18 pm
hahaha once again I SAID PUT RAMIREZ ON FOR GOODNESS SAKE. ONCE AGAIN HE BURNS US..
Braves down once again.
August 22nd, 20103:24 pm
once again the Offense Sputters..
August 22nd, 20103:48 pm
Omar is a career .253 hitter before coming to us. Wow!
We talk baseball, other sports, music, movies, BBQ and whatever (except politics or religion)
