One is hitting .330. One isn’t. One plays pretty good defense. The other… not so much anymore.

Liberty Media doesnt even really want the team….they only have to keep the payroll at the same level as what it was when they got it. But only one more season with them….Thank God!!!!!!

Mitch Jones … 18 HRs for the g-Braves… far too much power for the rest of the g-Braves outfield. All other G-Braves outfielders have combined for 8 HRs.all year.

Of course McLouth homered. He’s playing AAA. He will fool the Braves into thinking that he’s overcome his struggles and as soon as he comes back he’ll be the same McLouth that he has been all year.

One big bat won’t help that much if the other guys keep this garbage up at the plate.
Chipper has been a huge disappointment for me this year. He looks lathargic, slow and has retirement written all over him. He’s done and whoever can’t see this is dreaming.
Why in the hell is he still hitting 3rd is my question?

0-4 with RISP so far. Typical of our current problem. Not sure any trades suggested so far are the fix, but this is surely the reason for our recent lack of success. Two week ago, we were always getting the big hit, even with Glaus not hitting. Frustrating.

Seriously, I expect the Braves were just doing Mitch Jones a favor. It seemed clear that the Braves weren’t going to use him this year. He has a lot of years in the minors under his belt. The Pirates might actually let him play in the majors. If they weren’t going to call him up, then letting him go elsewhere is a class act.
