See Through Blauser, his ball is sinking, he just throws everything in the same spot. All they have to do his stick the bat where they KNOW the baseball will be and they get hits and HR.
44 pitches through 2 innings. He’ll be out by his usual 5th inning, 6th if they’re lucky.
GT Fan – The Braves rotation might be better 1-5 than the Phils, but when you get to the playoffs, all you need is your top 2-3 pitchers, the guys are typically in the bullpen.. Curt Schilling & Randy Johnson basically carried the Dbacks to the W.S. title a few years ago by themselves. You have to have at least 2 dominent pitchers in the post season to have a real shot. The Braves have 5 good pitchers, but none of them are dominent.
Philsfan – go puke on a little girl or get tazered by security u classless troll. Once the Phils stop using cameras and binoculars and get away from that little league park, we will see what their made of.

I wonder if the Dodgers would consider taking LOWE, BLANCO, and a “B” prospect for MATT KEMP…..IF the Braves pay HALF of Lowe’s money next year and 5 million of it the last year of the contract
You guys remind me of watching Braves games with my dad as a kid. He’d yell swear words at the TV like Mel Gibson on a tequila binge, then turn the game off in the 7th inning after shaking his head and muttering “they’re TERRIBLE.” Lighten up people, jeebus…
Nick-The Braves are like your little brother…You can bash them all you want, but when philthies fans come over and start talking trash, you let them know that you are the only one who can bash the Braves…
Lowe is going to pitch every fifth day. Hanson isn’t sure if he’s going to be good or be “Bad Hanson,” in any given start. Medlin is gonna run out of innings and has been known to hang a few of those changeups. Huddy is solid. JJ looks promising. Your bullpen starter help is KK.
Does this rotation suck? NO! But it’s not a lights out group of guys. They are gonna give up a few runs. The Braves need to be able to score some runs to support those guys who are going to give up 3-5 runs a game.
Braves still need a bat. Standing pat with this offense is just inviting Philly to overtake you and win the division. Need a producer who won’t just leave the bases loaded when he comes to the plate. We have too many now who are just happy to get on base and not worried about getting the runs home.
Shut out two nights ago. Scored 3 last night. Good enough to win last night, but your ace is the only reason it was good enough to win last night.
Trolls post more and most of our regular fans won’t realize it’s a day game for a few innings. So, the signal to noise is going to be dreadful this afternoon.
Last night did nothing to stop the collapse. The offense was still horrible. We’re swinging early against a guy who just came off the DL. Make him work damn it!
Bad is coming…Oswalt to strengthen Phils, Phils win again, and the Braves are behind and a loss is certain the way the guys are swinging today and the past week. But alot will say…”we’re still ahead by 2 1/2 games ahead”. So what.
I said we would be up only 2 when the trip is over. But amended it saying we may be behind. Now I know so instead of speculating. I don’t care if the we’re facing a lefty…our best hitter currently (McCann) should be damn playing.
Bobby thanks for another L….courtesy of “resting guys”…the JV plays today.
Anybody else get tired of seeing ground balls to 2nd base? We’ve watched Chipper roll over pitches for 15 years and now Heyward does the exact same thing all the time.

(And I used to think that Mets fans were annoying.) Someone please pass the shotgun.
Looks like our club is hitting like it was during our 9 game lossing streak earlier this year. Pathetic how lousy we’ve looked in this series so far. Much less how we’ve looked over the last 10 to 12 games.
This team was shut out by Miguel Batista on Tuesday…had six hits and scored 3 runs on Wednesday and so far has two hits over three inning against Scott Olsen.
AntiMe–Mets fans are worse…Ive been to both opposing parks this year and surprisingly Met fans were much worse…Got all kinds of things yelled at my wife and I at CitiField, not to mention the old man that got drunk and threw up in his seat and just walked off…That was my experience but of course that Philly fan did throw up on a girl this year…So maybe they both just suck…
I really don’t know where some of you get such confidence to believe the Braves have any chance to win this game.
They’ve scored three runs through twenty-one innings against the last place team in the division. They just lost a series to the fourth place team in the division when they didn’t even have to face Josh Johnson. They’re .500 since the All-Star break. We’ve seen two blown saves in the past week and lost another game on a walk-off.
The Nationals pitcher almost threw a no-hitter against us they last time he faced the Braves. He’s breezed through the first three innings. He has a two run lead. Derek Lowe sucks and is sure to give up more runs and we’re five games under .500 on the road.
