I am having a hard time voting for Wagner over Votto. The AL starting lineup has a ton of lefties, and we have mostly right handed starters. Isn’t Rhodes is a lefty? I’m going back and forth with Votto and Wagner because Wags and Rhodes are much needed left handed pitcher’s coming out of the pen. Also I’m a little tired of Hayward getting a bad rap after playing so long with his left thumb off the bat. Why did it take them so long to realize that he wasn’t going to play threw it, all the while his battling average was taking a dive hitting everything to 1st base. I keep wondering what his number’s would have been. The good news is hopefully that thumb will be ok and he can go back to being a monster at the top of the lineup.

Half our team is better than Infante(I like him but not as an all-star), Rhodes, Meek, Capps and call me crazy but with so many pitchers with amazing years (like latos and pelfrey) I don’t think Tim Lincecum deserves to make the team if you look at numbers. Latos, Gregerson, Pelfrey, Richard, Bell, Votto(Gonzalez is better but take the park into consideration), and Zimmerman.

how can a pitcher (Halladay) have 7 losses and a 2.42 ERA?
There should be a law against this.
