all those screaming about KK/Medlen need to take a look at Medlen’s stats as a starter. They are not nearly as good as when he relieves

Yeah, you didn’t miss a thing in the White Sox series…yuck…Good to have you back, though!

Of course it’s gonna rain and make my dish go out so I can’t see the game now.

Were it not for the terrific catches by Heyward and Cabrera, that inning would really have gotten ugly for Medlen. Wow.

Trouble is that the players read this blog and after reading hundreds of posts each day about how terrible they are it erodes their confidence. They start pressing and play defensively cause they are scared to make a mistake that will get them raked over the coals again.

@Escobar Estimate- I think that’s a totally fair estimate. I don’t necessarily think strasburg deserves the all-star game either actually. I was just bringing up how people would justify it. I don’t think every fan that wants him is just blindly following the media. I’m sure some are, but not most.

not a good sign…. give up a early run, Prado has a good AB and lead off with single but then just nothing… We really hit into 2 Double Plays that inning really, Heyward hit the ball so hard his speed wouldnt have made any difference, but they didnt have a good flip and turn, Chippa hits it hard right at 2b for the dp…. Medlen looks scared…
