If you are fat, if you are slow, if you have no hope of stealing on the basepaths.. Just wait for a game against the Braves and Brian McCann!

In all honesty half the time a runner gets called out at third the tags hit their back foot. Seen it many times with Chipper tagging a runner that looked safe to me, but they were called out.

Cant really blame Escobar, according to what John is saying, because the fielder always gets the call when the runner is late by that much.

Good job by Lowe to get out of the inning giving up onlythe one run

Why was Cox about to get ejected? Arguing balls and strikes? Cause on Gameday, it sure looks like Lowe’s been getting squeezed by this ump.

bravos2249

Throw would’ve been there sooner if the ball didn’t lollipop to first a little.

Glaus threw that ball to 3rd faster than I’ve seen Chipper throw to 1st. No one’s fault though. Had that been anyone but Pujols he’s probably called out.

I just wish the Braves would at least work the pitchers. My god, swinging at the first pitch and everything.

At the beginning of the 4th inning Carp had thrown 50 pitches and D-Lowe had thrown only 40, now D-Lowe has pitched more balls than Carp…Why? Because the Cards started to work him in the 4th.

Against the Philthy’s, Hudson had pitched 100 pitches by the 5th inning and Halladay had pitched less than 100 pitches the entire game. The Phil’s batter’s worked the Braves pitchers senseless, why can’t the Braves do this?
