I wouldn’t be angry if Nate wasn’t on the team next year. Noodle arm ( to the point of being scared to expose it….secrets out guy ) big hole in swing and BA. But then again I’m pissed, someone tell me why I’m emotionally invested in this organization.

Norton? Really? DOB, come on man. Can’t you just for a second understand some of the frustration over Bobby’s decisions?
I find it hard to believe that KJ, Church, Ross, hell…. Hudson aren’t better options than Norton.
I want to be excited about next year. I’ve tried as hard as I can to not gripe tonight, because they gave us good baseball in September. In the spring that was all I asked for.
But Greg Norton has zero business being in this game. ZERO. NADA. ZIP. ZILCH. This guy wouldn’t make the Nat’s 25 man roster.
If there’s two guys on, and ya got no outs.
Who you gonna call?
(all together now)
GREG NORTON!!!!
Hell, I’d rather see Rick Moranis at the plate than Norton. At least he’s entertaining.

Tomahawkin, I’m not bashing you. I generally find the things you say to be interesting and provocative.
That said, you were wrong about there being no chance back in the Astro’s series. If you we right then we wouldn’t be sitting here all disappointed with the results so far of this game as the outcome would not matter.
Coming with the I told you so’s during the middle of game 157 is weak, I expect better from you.
Is it too much to ask people to wait until the team has been eliminated officially before y’all go patting yourselves on the back? There are only a few games remaining and all offseason for you to remind us.

Prado has presumably set himself up for a regular job in 2010, though the Braves haven’t said anything specifically.
“When one guy’s struggling and the other guy steps in and does what [Prado] has done, you have to be proud of him and excited for him,” Pendleton said. “At the same time, you’re talking about a Kelly Johnson; he’s got to regroup and come back fighting again.
“That’s part of how you make each other better. … Hopefully it’ll make Kelly a better player and have him come back next year and battle his tail off for that position, too.”

I’m not goning to do all that. The braves didn’t choke this year. It was just that there were too many aspects of the game that the braves were way too consistant on to be taken serious as a that that can win in October…
Gotta have speed and timely hitting in September and October to be successful. Instead Bobby and his squad depends on its offense winning games with the clutch 3 run homer and it doesn’t work like that

I was basing that loss the Hanson pitched in the Astros series where we lost a shot at Bobby’s dumb decisions that has cost us games this year
Kepping Norton on the roster is another reason
Keeping Nate-Dawg at Leadoff is another reason
His Decision not to bench Francoeur…I don’t need to elaborate
Chipper should be hitting sixth and that shoul’ve took effect a month ago
Roachy batting 7th-8th…? Cost us during the close games
Kirk in other words I gave up because of the Dumb moves that Bobby Made more than ever this season as to why I knew 3 weeks ago that they were done…At least I wasn’t one of those who called “Season Over” in the middle of June
