Nova Scotia Steve - Fight Like A Brave
yes Nate has not looked good either…
Now would be an incredible time to break out, Nate.
Thank you, Omar.
Man this is like a playoff game.
Come on Nate.
13r4v3z, your an idiot that is a racist bigot, enough said buddy
Bird, I’m clueless, and your and idiot
Geeez, when was the last time Nate got a big hit? He’s waaaay over due.
September 29th, 200910:13 pm
Frankie Goes to Hell
Bird and Indian, what the hell are you talking about? KK is absolutely to blame, as is Bobby for continuing to trust him. WHO LEADS THE TEAM IN LOSSES?
Nate is mad struggling lately.
I would like to get Nate up in this inning.
This Nate? Why?
hit and run…good call Bobby
Double for Spilborghs.
September 29th, 200910:14 pm
$20 Nate K’s
The Bird and Indian
O.J: And how would that be?
Mike Cameron is on the take!!!
Onto the 9th.
We gotta trade Nate.
mclouth is mcmaddening.
WTF was that are you kidding me? Professional fail from Pittsburgh. Wow.
September 29th, 200910:15 pm
Why the HELL does McLouth keep swinging at crap above his head?
I don’t know what to say. Can we hope for a walkoff?
Nate is aweful…
WTF…like really WTF is he swinging at
gah!! nate i’m getting tired of you freakin’ striking out …. you’re a lead off guy, you’re supposed to get on base!
He swung at a pitch that was 2 inches from hitting him in the ear. Unreal. Thanks a lot, Nate Norton.
Not good Nate. That was a ball….all….day……long!
what a up and down game. Its not gonna be fun to have to root for brewers in a one run game after this loss tonight!! I dont even know if i can put myself thru watching chipper and brian mac hit again.
are you sure about that tank ?
And by playoff game, I mean like those playoff games year after year where they let us down.
back to back doubles in Colorado. 2-2….
September 29th, 200910:16 pm
Bobby knows what he’s doing. He told Nate to swing at that. He’s just setting up a dramatic 9th inning grand slam by Kelly Johnson.
Way to chase the high fastball, Schafer. Meat of the order due up in the 9th…
Carroll, DOB: Forgive me if people are already talking about this and I’ve missed it. But can we start some buzz going about how if the Braves were to make the playoffs, and then make it to the Series, it would set up Bobby Cox to manage the All-Star game in his final year next year? Wouldn’t that be a treat, for Bobby, and all the players and fans that have been a part of his long career? I feel like if we start talking about this, that it will help it happen. Buzz Machine: GO!
Bad news from Colorado: Helton RBI double, ties it up. And they’re threatening for more. AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH.
Rockies just tied the game and Nate fu**&&* SUCKS!
13r4v3z: Are you really measuring a pitcher by his amount of losses? Let’s be serious here.
And with that pathetic strikeout by McLouth, the Rockies tie is 2-2 on Todd Helton’s RBI double. Still nobody out.
There’s the Israel Believe again.
Believe in what?
Can we hope for a walkoff?
You have a better shot at hoping for a Rockies loss and we’ll get ‘em tomorrow.
September 29th, 200910:17 pm
Frankie Goes to Hell, i wish you would go to hell and STFU
Can we trade you too?
Alright Medlen — gotta hold them. HOLD THEM!!!!!!
lmfao medlen. why. I mean I love him but no. not here.
I so totally agree.
OK. Game is over now with this POS coming in. Just give up Cox.
Medlen Vs Marlins = DISASTER
Ruh-roh, we’s in a bit of trouble.
excuse me i was wrong brewers are tied now. This is gonna be the loss that ended it
September 29th, 200910:18 pm
oh but i guess he’s better than the alternative. i forgot we’re not leading and mfiky can’t pitch.
Oh great, Kris Medlen vs. the Marlins.
That’s why I wanted Nate up in the 8th. I didn’t want an automatic first out in the 9th.
I like Medlen here. Unless we want MFIKY’s arm to fall off so we can sell it on eBay to help pay for a cleanup hitter next year.
September 29th, 200910:19 pm
I blame 1-2-3-4
2-12 6ks 7LOB
If Martin, Chipper and McCann can’t make something happen then it’s useless.
Bird and Indian…totally agree with you on wanting Nate up in the 8th.
the marlins didn’t come right back, we gave it right back.
Innocent Bystander –
You ain’t shyttyn’ we are. Rox about to take a lead too…..
Could be the season……tonight!
September 29th, 200910:20 pm
Why so much hate for Kris? Have we forgotten that except for that one game (which was like his 10th in a row) he’s been incredible lately?

September 29th, 200910:21 pm
The only hate for Kris is because of those 3 straight game in Florida he got rocked….
i like kris, he just gets nervous. and this is kinda a nerve wracking spot, no? but after i thought about the alternatives i’m in favor of him being in here
Come on Braves…..
alright last chance
Good job, Medlen!
Bobby has some really bonehead calls this year, but none are any worse that his unwillingness to take McLouth outta the leadoff spot. Holy Christ! I don’t think any of us are even surprised to hear that he has a hat trick in strikeouts tonight. I don’t give a flying Sheot how fast he is. You don’t need speed if you can’t hit the freakin ball.
Good job, little Med!
Bats, step it up. Last chance!
Now or never guys!
Bottom nine… Here we go…
Great, Rockies winning. Now were 3 back. Season over!
Let’s steal one here.
Don’t Stop Believing we can still win this thing
September 29th, 200910:22 pm

Everybody put your rally caps on.
Well it’s all on the line here…anyone who was around for our runs in the late 90’s to the 2000’s….you know what those teams put us through.
Let’s see if this team is any different and can pull off a clutch come from behinder
The Rockies are aching to break that game open and we could be looking at 3 games back with 5 to go.
Prado get a hit and Chipper will homer we all go home happy
Steve from OH
Are you really measuring a pitcher by his amount of losses? Let’s be serious here
Are you really engaging that idiot in conversation? C’mon, let him be. We need a ban on that dude, btw.
BTW–agreed on the W/L thing. Hate it.
September 29th, 200910:23 pm
13r4v3z: Do you realize a pitcher can get a loss for giving up 1 run in 9 innings? Don’t ever judge a pitcher on his win-loss record. Bring me some other stats from the guy that is a rookie pitching in a league 10 times different than Japan. I’ve been extremely satisfied with him this year. Not to mention, he was our best big game pitcher when he was starting.
No excuse losing to a third place team at a time like this.
We tie the game and then they come back and get a little single through the hole in left.
They haven’t really done enough in my opinion to earn this win, the Marlins.
Huddy was definitely a disappointment but he did exactly what Jamie Moyer does in every start. He goes 5, gives up 6 runs and the Phillies score 12.
He doesn’t really deserve to lose. You have to pick your teammates up.
better pull off a miracle here cause the rockies are gonna win tonight
September 29th, 200910:24 pm
still no outs in the rox game….runners on the corners.
We want a BS right here.
Blow this one, Nunez
If we fall short you need look no further than the GREAT ADDITION NATE MCLOUTH 5 for 45 .111 BA since Sep 18th. 3Ks tonight on ball 4 in 2 of the ABs TURRIBLE.
September 29th, 200910:25 pm
Brandon from Warner Robins
On the radio the stadium sounds loud….
Way to hustle, Marteen!
Way to go Prado. Great Hustle
WHAT A BREAK
Marteeeeeen with the guts
Martin WANTS it!
They want this
ahhh this is scary
That’s what I’m talking about.
That’s the kind of luck we need.
and some grit
We talk baseball, other sports, music, movies, BBQ and whatever (except politics or religion)
