TnBrian, I’m not saying you should be there, or that you’re not a fan if you don’t go. I’m just saying maybe everyone has a legitimate reason why they can’t make it, wether it’s the economy or whatever. It’s a little hypocritical to knock people for not going to the game, when they could have the same reasons as you for not going. If you go to the games then you might have a leg to stand on in this argument. Then you can say you’re doing your part to fill some seats.

I had to step away for about an hour. How did Jurrjens go from 47 pitches thrown in 5 innings to having to be pulled after throwing 95 pitches in 7 innings? It took him 48 pitches to get through 2 innings, despite not giving up a run?

Glad to be up 3-0, however a complete game would have been good on the bullpen.

I hope that our bats come alive tomorrow. If the Braves are fortunate enough to make the playoffs, then we’ll be facing some Josh Johnson type pitchers in the playoffs. Beating Johnson tomorrow, before the Rockies game begins, would just continue to put more pressure on them. The Brewers have the bats to put some runs on the board at Coors.
