Whatever shot the Marlins had to make the playoffs disappear with a loss tonight….I expect them to lay down the next couple of games…Maybe HR will have ” somethin’ ” stiffin’ up…and sit out the next 2…Be fine with me…even if Uggla doesn’t care for it.

Just a little “constructive criticism”. He has dropped a few balls on close plays at the plate. Just like he comes up in front of the plate sometimes and has to reach back to make the tag.

You can’t complain about the attendance if you’re not there… I don’t care where you live. I’ve been to a bunch of games this year that weren’t at the Ted. I’m going Wednesday. Anybody going to any of the remaining games?

I’m little dissapointed to see that attendance figure. I looks like less than that are actually there. I know it’s a Monday school night after LOTS of bad weather, but still, i was hoping to see more turnout. If only I could commute from IL…

Dear Mr and Mrs Hermida, I’m sure you have been wonderful parents and great role models. I would like to suggest that Jeremy CAREFULLY invest any of the bonus money not already allocated. It should be obvious to even close family members that his career as a viable Major League ballplayer is quickly wearing down. When you are a big left handed corner outfielder that can’t pull the ball, can’t drive the ball, play the outfield as if on roller skates, have a scatter shot arm, no speed, no baseball instincts and REALLY not one stand out skill—WELL, I guess that about says it all.
As you know the Marlins were DUMB enough to think they could revive–how do you revive something that never showed a hint of life–his career and offered him arbitration. I’m sure Jeremy’s agent has informed him there was absolutely NO interest in him at the trading deadline. The Marlins could not have traded him for a tube of Desenex and a box of high grain cereal. Some IDIOT club will think they know better and Jeremy will get one more year to weave his “mastery”–PLEASE tell him to prepare for life after baseball.

Can’t believe you think the Braves need another run. Have you seen one Marlin besides Coghlin who gives even the hint of getting a hit with a runner in scoring position. A journeyman(A LONGGGG journey) lefthander shut them out yesterday and now they have to face a staff with stuff!!1 The Braves are nbot losing AGAIN in the regular season. It’s all on the Rockies to try to win 4 out of 6 or this baby is over. The Braves are BACK—-sad To Say.
Do they deliver the AJC to Marietta or do they have internet access in Marietta. I really hope Jeremy’s parents read my instructive comments about his future.
