McFann – the only reason I did was because I had blown a 10 point lead and that day I had dropped out of first place. I had to examine my team and McCann was in the middle of his big slump….I needed a change.
Don’t worry…I picked him back up a couple days later.
One of these days we’re going to have a legitimate 9th inning comeback win and not on some throwing error or that retard Murphy letting the ball hit off his wrist.
I’m guessing we’ll have to wait til next year. How many one or two run games have we lost at home? Too many. This team has no fight. It ain’t right.
Hanson beat the Yanks and Sox in the same week. He can beat good teams. He just did not have his best stuff today. When he is on he can nbeat (and shut out) anyone.
The Awfense will make B. Lidge look like the Brad Lidge of 2008, “Bank On It!” This team is more worried about catching their flight to New York than mounting a comeback
Diaz is not an everyday player. I hoipe the Braves do not see him as one for next year. You cannot consistently swing at balls outside the strike zone the way he does. Plus, he’s a terrible OF’er.
