I don’t want either Gonzo or Soriano back. Gonzo IF his price is within reason, but he isn’t worth closer money because, well, he isn’t a closer. Moylan deserves the job in 2010.

Soph – I wasn’t “asking” for Acosta. I had just noticed he hadn’t been used since August 26th. Until I got bombarded with a bunch of “he went to Gwinnett, STEWPID!”s

Manuel again showing Cox how to do it. catcher was 2 for 3, but bring a righty against the lefty and bang. Cox will have never substituded a guy that was 2 for 3. NEVER…PURE LOYALTY.

“But…Cox’s “overuse” of Gonzo has not affected his pitching. I know this is true because AJC writer Jeff Schultz wrote it. And he is a personal friend of a certain HOF manager. So it must be true.”

I rarely click on Schultz’s tripe. And that article illustrated why. Next time he gets a scoop, I’ll wait for it to make it to ESPN.com.

Do what? Finsh 20 games under .500 & 21.5 games out of first place? I’m not even close to a Bobby homer. But If I had a short list of who I wanted to be my manager, Manuel is going to be lower on that list than Bobby would be.

TRADE MCCLOUTH!!!!!!! Hell if we aren’t going to use his speed I’m sure some other team would love to have him stealing for them. What a joke. I haven’t really got pissed about moves by Bobby too much this year, but twice in a few innings McClouth on first with 2 outs and we don’t steal. This my friends is a joke.
