Chipper is having a down year for the amount of gms we have had em in the lineup. But check out the walks, He is 9th in the Majors!
And he’s 3rd in IBB in the Majors!! only behind Adrian Gonzalez and Pujols
He get pitched around alot more than people think.

I see that happening as well Chipper will have a good night, he’s due. Chipper will have like a 3-5 gm stretch with 2 or 3 hits a game then go 2 for 25 or somthing its happened like 3-4 times this year.
I know Im late on this one, but just an amazing win by the rockies last night………..looks like we will be after the dodgers by next week. Man those loses at home against LAD now hurt more than ever.
Doc lets wait till this three game set with the rocks and dodgeballers is done…if rockies win the series we can assume we are chasing the dodgers and vice versa i think
Haha Bobby Cox gets blamed for a single to left. That’s a good one.
You Cox defenders never seem to amaze me. Everyone can see G-Anderson loafed to the ball he should have caught. So, of course the “decider” made the “decision” to put him in there. Sheesh!
JJ really makes life hard on himself by putting people on but has to work extra hard to get out of it. JJ needs to pound the strike zone but he does get out of it.
Sarsaparilla : is a root with a pungent smell. I believe the drink of that name has it as the primary ingredient
Is also one of the common ingredients in root beer and similar drinks
Bobby Cox gets all the credit for that K and fly out. I mean, if its his fault for a single to left cause he put Loaf in there (wonder how he got that name?), then he should get credit for throwing JJ out there and leaving him in.
Anybody see that look JJ gave Garret, I assume, after he got lazy on that flyball? Imagine being out there pitching your butt off trying to get off to a good start and you see a teammate do that BS…wouldn’t you be po’d?
Our pitching coach was probably telling JJ to accept the fact that he has someone in left field who is awful in the field. Even Pat Burrell or Adam Dunn would have caught that. But hey, Turbo is a professional hitter. So the message to JJ was do not give Garrett a bad look; accept it and don’t let it affect the pitching.
