Not to worry, we will find a way to get you there – maybe VJ can pick you up on his way back with CAB in hand – and he sounds like a Southern Gentleman who can accompany us – or at least maybe he’s not a “creepy guy at the gas station”. And RHR, we are here to support you – “it ain’t over till it’s over”

Paul (I hope I don’t regret this)

I have noticed that you have been behaving better lately. You are still a one trick pony though. We already know (about 100 times) that you don’t like Francoeur, you think we need some arms, you think Hudson should be a reliever when he returns, and you despise Greg Norton as a player.

Get off the long posts, and the constantly repeating the same thing over and over again, and you might actually get read more often.

Unlike some folks, I don’t normally appreciate a dreadfully long post. If you can’t say it in less words, you’re probably don’t need to say it.

Just my humble opinion though.

Like Soriano was suppose to overcome not getting the low strike call. They will miss them every now and then but they can corretly call Prado out and Bonafacio safe. Both plays looked similar to me, they both reached the bag about the same time.

“Jake, like I said Booby should’ve finished the walk instead of allowing Soriano to get frustrated.”

Soriano didn’t get frustrated. No matter who is up there you have to throw a strike. If he throws the same pitch to the next guy Couglin or whatever his name he could have just as easily hit the ball for an extra base hit, maybe not a homer, but either way its a blown save. You never know what would have happened. Easy to say I told you so when thats the case.

Since everyone is chipping in on traes. Basically I think the Braves should ( or have to) stand fast. They ain’t gonna win much of anything this years, but they can start building some chemistry and keep this gang together waiting on Heywood, Freeman, and even Schaffer while letting the rest of teh kiddies mature.

Lee will be only a 60/40 pitcher and they mortgaged some of the future

Of course if the Buccos have something to give away how about Doumit, Duke and McCutchen for a switch-hitting Third basemen, who was once an MVP

DOB: That was a GREAT deal by the Pirates. The guy they got for Sanchez, who was supposed to be a dump in salary, is one of the better prospects in baseball.

And the Pirates haven’t been winning or drawing since the early ’90s so it doesn’t matter that he was dealt regarding those two issues.

Phils made a great deal and wrapped the division up as well today.
