Hope its a “ahem” Professional Line-Up this evening…

Sick to see all these frustrated Dodger fans climbing out of their cocoons they’ve been in for 20 years.

I guess that pales in comparison to the 43 year cocoon youve been in with the Falcons, a team that has NEVER had back to back winning seasons. Try and match that record of futility in any professional sport lol

TurnThePage (July 25th, 2009 6:29 pm): “Chipper Jones and Brian McCann need to come through a little more often in some of these situations. I know that Chipper eventually hit the solo home run to put Atlanta ahead once again, but Jones whiffed with the bases loaded . . . “

Chipper last night: 3 for 4 with a HR, 2 BBs, 1 RBI and 2 Runs scored — .750/.833/1.500 –, and you obsess on his one “failure”?

Whatever, dude.

cabravesfan – so far we have journeyed from 1976 to 1985, and I guess I will stop for now. Hopefully the Braves will not send me back to the video until after the game.

Glad it’s going good!

Yeah, when McLouth hit that homer, my first thought was, “Oh crud…I bet Chipper and Prado both get on…” Sure enough–first and second, that dreaded situation. I was nervous, really hoping he could get a hit, but it just wasn’t meant to be. The win made it easier to swallow. He cann start another streak tonight!

Have you noticed his skinned-up elbow?

I have. It’s been like that for quite a couple weeks, at least. I don’t think it’s from that crash into the wall on June 22–that would be a really long time…

Page 20 is where the really good stuff starts in the CT! :D Ends on page 22.
