We should worry about getting an additional reliever, more than a bat. Unless hudson wants to….
i still remember two years back when we got Texeira. We came out of the break hitting like we are now, until the bullpen started blowing 8-2, 7-3 leads, and from then we went down the drain.

Carroll… anything they can do to improve the in-game atmosphere at the Ted would be greatly appreciated. The same old recorded stuff has been around for a couple of years too long. I really enjoy the live organ at ballgames. Listening to John Denver’s Thank God I’m a Country Boy on PTV right now ng this shtick is getting real old.

Ms Rodgers: The organist played the Beatles’ “With a Little Help From My Friends” for A-Rod, obviously for the “I get high …” line. Also, lots of “Whiter Shades of Pale” for players with White or Blanco in their names. I also remember the paisanic classic “Finiculi Fincula” but can’t recall making a connection with a player. There were also some really bads songs I have repressed.

The Phillies just turned a lucky double play to end the top of the 9th. Bad time for the runner to be going on that pitch. Instead of 1st and 3rd one out, ball smoked up the middle and Rollins, who was coming over to cover 2nd, turned the double play.
Cubs, Giants, and Mets are battling each other for the worst offense award, lol.

Western MT is pretty awesome. Mountains and passes and whatnot. Most of MT (the part my guys live and work on ICBMs in) is plains with only a mountain here or there. Definately right about the scarcity of people. I’ve basically accepted that I’ll be single till I’m out of here in 2 years. Lol
