Read on MLBtraderumors that the Mets turned down Halladay for Fernando Martinez, Ruben Tejada, Bobby Parnell, and Jon Niese.

Maybe their owner did lose all his money.

Double switch I here seeing Church at the plate.

Oh, and another good offensive night for the Braves. In the 18 games coming into the night, they had been averaging 5.11 games per game…that will go up a little more after tonight.

Steve from OH……………I just call it like I see it. How many managers would keep a guy batting .100 on the team? How many would keep giving them at-bat after at-bat as a pinch hitter? Look at how Bobby kept playing Ryan Langerhans when he was batting .075, lol?

Point is, once Bobby believes in you, the only way to get him to not play a player is for him to get hurt or for Frank Wren to trade him. And I seriously doubt that any team out there wants to trade for Greg Norton.

CHURCHIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Yes. I’m pre-med and I’ve had to take Organic 1 and Organic 2. I took an organic class in high school so the first two weeks of orgo 1 were fairly simple, but the teacher covered the entire high school course in two weeks and it was one of the hardest classes I’ve taken. Orgo 2 was fairly easy I thought.
