There we go. Second BOMB of the night for the Braves. Now THAT’S what I’m talking about. Way for the offense to pick up Tommy Hanson and score a few runs for him.

Now hopefully Hanson can build off that easy 3rd and shut the Giants down for a few innings.

I dont worry about Chipper. Even if he struggles, I have faith that he will snap out of it.

nolie–that’s probably a safe guess right now. I’ve also seen KG refer to him as “Rob Deer.” I think he sells him short because, despite his huge K totals, he hits for a respectable average and walks a ton. His OBP is really good. I agree that the contact (and therefore the AVG/OBP) don’t project well right now at the higher levels, but I see him as more Adam Dunn than Ron Kittle right now…

McFann, I want them all to be hot at the same time. Usually Chipper and Mac are in sync. I’d like to see Bobby put GA in the clean up spot and switch up 5 and 6 between Mac and Yunel and see how that worked. It couldn’t hurt…but Yunel hit in the 2 spot, the 5 spot, the 6 spot….I’m just saying. The “spot” isn’t to blame for everything.

Paul Lentz

RHR I want them all to be hot at the same time.

So do I. Just can’t put my finger on what’s up with my mann…show’s promise that he’s coming out of it on Friday, and now we’re right back where we started. At least Chipper homered instead of walking…I have a feeling it’d still be 2-1.

I’d like to see Bobby put GA in the clean up spot and switch up 5 and 6 between Mac and Yunel and see how that worked.

Me, too. We should present our case to Bobby.

Yeah, you can’t blame the spot in the order for a player’s struggles…but, if he’s struggling, you can remove him from that spot and give somebody else a chance there…

I will NEVER understand Boras allowing Matt Holliday to go to Oakland…1 year before his free agency. Matt is another “Coors Product”… He is a career .270 18/20 HR hitter anywhere but Coors….and will prove it this year…Gonna hit around .270/.275 with 18/ 20 HR’s…Should lose a boatload of $$ thanks to this strategic “move”…
