Well, the Rocks are like at least twice as good as we are so 8 in a row isn’t totally unrealistic.
I actually meant the Rockies won 15 of 16 not “15 or 16″. I do think we could go on a long winning streak although the offense would have to consistently put it together.
joe,
I believe Schafer would play center, McLouth would play right, and Loaf/Diaz would play left and the worthless waste of space would be out of a job. At least that’s what SHOULD happen.
Talk about bad instincts. Not only does Kelly not throw to second to start the double play………the 3 infielders (kelly, Hernandez and Kotchman) all contribute to a botched rundown.
Pathetic. They can’t even execute a rundown to end the game. Why is Kelly Johnson on a baseball field? He can’t hit, he can’t field, he has ZERO skills. He needs to be cut loose.
They blow this game and there needs to be fallout. Somebody’s head needs to roll. It’s one thing to get beat. It’s another to beat yourselves, and other than the pitching, the Braves are doing everything possible to give this game away.
Doc Holiday……….well it you was indeed trying to include Hanson’s last 4 starts including today today………..then your posting of him having an ERA of 3.13 was incorrect……because in his first start, he gave up 6 runs in 6 innings pitched.
Next time, do some better research. When you take out his first start of the season……….his ERA is MUCH lower than 3.13. I’ll let you do the math as to what his ERA “should” be in his last 4 starts, including today.
Game should have been over and 2-0 but no Kj cant turn a stinkin DP. flip to 2nd to first ball game.. u had david ortiz running …. now its 2-1 and threatening.. and now this bonehead disrupts the game…
