I still Think That Petey Pab Should’ve Started the season in AAA for the 1st 6 weeks to build up arm strength after coming of his surgery!
He has been Clowning Over the Last 6 weeks!
You know Louie and the Cubs are not really interested in this game and would just as soon we blow them out of teh water, how about doing Billy Goat a favor a pick up a quick TD or at least a safety. No idea what it will take between back baseball and bad luck
Gregor take the B on B
You know I gotta say, so far Jeff is providing some reason to run his mouth.
If he could hit a homerun he could send Cubs fans “away” from the “game.”
Wow. We don’t have a bat boy or, like, John Burkett to pinch hit instead of Blanco?
quick walk, not bad
gamechannel is so much slower than real life….:(
I can’t believe this douche is still pitching.
Bobby will find a way to lose this one. No doubt.

McL – outstanding!
One thing you have done,I am now more than ever pulling for JF…
I though that was ball high WTF
rob from sc
Diory is the 25 man on the roster. He hasn’t made any errors. He is a fine reserve.
Maybe Blanco is the 25 guy on the team.
I dont know who is more worthless, Blanco or Diory. These guys shouldn’t even be on our AAA team.
Nothing like an .067 hitter to waste for moylan!!!
Cards scored…5-4 now…saw a rare ball float out of Citi.
Send Him to AAA Now…!
Our Bench has been Glaring Garbage this season!!! And Especially with out “O”
June 22nd, 20099:31 pm
Roja, Gonzo > Molyan. especially because theirs two lefties. Lol the Cubs annoucers are say that Dumpster is out pitching Vasquez.
Mclouth has been nothing but awesomeness
Good thing we have the most feared PH in baseball.. Gregor Blanco!
Prado will come through.
Then he will ride the bench tomorrow
That looked high…Blanco does K a lot…but at least he sees about 4-5 pitches per ab.
NATE DAWG!!!! Now somebody bring him in!
there ya go nate!
Come on Tomahawkin, that was chest high. Don’t blame Blanco.
Yeah! There We Go Nate-Dawg!!!
Him And Loaf are the only hitters that showed up Tonight!!!
McLouth living large!
June 22nd, 20099:32 pm
Too Close To take with 2 strikes…Lets Get Nate-Dawg Home!!!
Doesnt Kawakami have a better avg. then Blanco. And KK has more AB’s
Nate doesn’t leave a whole lot of bases out there, either. Dude can fly. Tight, efficient turns on the inside of the bags.
Nice RIP McLouth. That is what I call pulling a mistake. Take note Francoeur.
I dont know what Joe Simpson is talking about. That wasnt a Francoeur swing. He didnt just “stick his bat out there”. McLouth had a good hack at that pitch.
Unreal. I sometimes wonder if I’m even watching the same game that the announcers are.
We need to clean house like the Mutts did today. DFA Norton, Blanco, Diory, KJ, & Bennett.
blanco got screwed on that one
June 22nd, 20099:33 pm
Roja, If they bring in bennet I will burn a Braves ball, even if they win!!
Nova Scotia Steve
KJ left the game with cramps…musta been from the Wendy’s Bacon-ator he had before the game…with the large fries
That pitch to Blanco was a hanger as well…!
here comes the hook?
told you Prado would come through
Kid can hit, he needs to kick Bobby Cox’s ass
I really, really, really, really like Prado.
Sac fly Chipper. I’ll take it.
June 22nd, 20099:34 pm
steal Martin!! Stay out of that infamous Braves DP Rally Killer
All right, Marteen!
Need a rip…
Nate Dawg would’ve been thrown out there.
Why did they stop Nate McLouth at 3rd. What a shame
Prado rarely has an awful game. He should be our starting 2B.
Leave him in Lou.
McLouth of the South
You ain’t Paul. You ain’t.
I went to the game in Boston on Saturday night. Quick details. First time at Fenway Park….awesome experience, everyone should try to see this historical stadium. Sox fans don’t care about the game until about the 6th or 7th, then they determine how interested they are depending on how the score looks for their team. Otherwise, they seemed to bad mouth some of their guys…EXCEPT Big Papi, an icon in Boston. Lowe was given more standing ovations in 1 game than I’m sure he’s received all year in Atlanta. Pretty cool on Boston fans. Great experience, disregarding the result. 2nd game of the year I’ve attended, 2nd loss. That’s all for me this year folks, I am done jinxing them.
The Braves need a clutch hit from Chipper. This would be a good time for Chipper to bust one to break out of his slump.
Come On Hoss, We Need U Baby!… It’s Sink or swim time for the Braves and we need the 1999 MVP Chipper This Homestand For Real!!!
KJ injury is a blessing!!
Well, is Chipper clutch? We are about to find out.

An insurance run!
I really think Bobby Cox’s puts labels on players. I think Bobby only see’s Prado as a role player. There is something wrong with the way Cox’s thinks.
Hey, what’d I say?
especially that game winner against the mutts
All right, CHIPPER! There’s some INsurance
that works, gets the run in. Mac up with a runner in scoring position
Nice play Chipper.

Even though Tyler Flowers is having a good season, I am 100% glad we got Vazquez. I am really beginning to rethink trading him unless we get a number 1 prospect in return.
I couldn’t agree more with you. By trading away a guy like JV and in all honesty what are we going to get that will make the difference this year? I would say not enough.
Keep the pitching and know we get Hudson back and work on next season. Stronger pitching and maybe some smoothe moves with the salary who knows. A bat or two possibly or not. I would keep my hand here and look for next season.
This ain’t the season to expect more than what you see.
Nice baserunning by Prado.. Gonzo and Soriano time
We Will Take That Hoss…!
Good Baserunning By Martin!!!!
The whole team needs to be taking potassium supplements this week while they get readjusted to the near 100 degree temps. I have to take that at night when I run and sweat a lot. Most runners take it.
I’m not a trainer, I just play one on the internet.
And by the way, I love Chipper.
good shot chipper….gets a run in!
Tomorrows lineup should be:
The old man came through with another RBI
June 22nd, 20099:36 pm
Chipper-meister on a sac fly to deeeeeep center field scores McLouth (who ran at full speed to home). Martin moves up to second on a close play.
Nothin’ wrong with that.
You see Nate there, Yunel would never do that.
I love it. All those guys just trot home on balls like that and it pisses me off.
What a damn pro Chipper is. That’s how it’s done kids.
June 22nd, 20099:37 pm
He’s clutch. Furman Bisher is not smart
That was some pretty smart baseball by Nate. Way to hustle.
McCann can bring in that extra insurance run, against, fortunately, anybody but Dempster.
I guess he is. Awright!
I doubt they will let Frenchy sit, GA will sit B4 frenchy. thats cox for you
Steve from OH
Rob, I’m much more disappointed that we gave up Feliz (though TINSTAAPP disciples would surely argue that giving up class A pitchers is, over the long haul, a winning proposition for the club), and to me, Andrus has to prove to me that he’s more than a league-average bat before I rue losing him, too. That’s not to say that I don’t think he won’t get there, I am at least fairly confident that he’ll be a good BA/OBP guy in the long term; I’m less bullish about his power potential as of right now (though I do reserve the right to flip-flop later!). Feliz, however, is a legit power arm with very good peripherals to go along with a good ERA. I’m fairly confident that he’ll be a very good starting pitcher down the road.
Now, if Feliz is the only one that pans out, and Andrus remains as a low-.700 OPS guy, I’d say that the trade is a LOT less bad than many here say.
June 22nd, 20099:38 pm
wow, amazing hook
OMFG, I dont know what was more “heads up” NAte Chipper or Prado. It was Prado
McCann has a big ole bandage on his left elbow.
Joe Simpson is Jeff Stenchcouers secret lover!!!
June 22nd, 20099:39 pm
2 run lead lets preserve it.
Mac is too damn slow.
Big Mac’s night for an 0′fer????
Chipper doesn’t hit 4th.
June 22nd, 20099:40 pm
Boog looks like Butt-Head
Vazquez’s June ERA is 2.20 after 28 2/3 innings. He’s a Terminator this month.
In related news, Brandon Hicks has a hit tonight! Tune in next week when he does it again.
Didn’t we have Elmer Dessens for like a couple of games last year and he sucked?
June 22nd, 20099:41 pm
Bisher is as smart as Cox
I dont know who is more worthless, Blanco or Diory. These guys shouldn’t even be on our AAA team. worthless blogger known as unknown
Guy plays an errorless game at SS and scored the as of now winning run and he gets this comment from a worthless loser.
Come on Gonzo. Don’t be wild.
Whaaaaaa! Bisher is Smarter than Cox!
And in rehab stint news, Greg Norton is 2-4 with a homer tonight for Gwinnett.
McFann– there’s your “All-Star” catcher with his BIG 0′FER!! Get real, he’s slow as a turtle too!!
June 22nd, 20099:42 pm
Why waste Gonzo?
attendance is 31,701….not bad for a makeup game, eh??? thanks to the cubs fans….
