Jeff’s swing looks more fluid, faster. I am no frenchy apologist, he has been an atrocity in cletes when it comes to hitting with RISP the last few weeks, but I think he may be listening to the right coach, and tuning out the other 250 right now.

ray k………………yes, you are wrong. Francoeur is getting his “punch and judy singles”, however driving the ball with some authority (you know, like hitting one off the wall for a double or better yet, a homer, lol) is something that Francoeur has yet to do. Francoeur has 1 homer since early May. 1 FREAKING HOMER!
I’m surprised that Vazquez came out for the 7th. Hopefully he can get this guy out.

I was a hater of the Vazquez deal but he has impressed the hell outta me this year…! And well worth the investment!

Moylan, lol. Bobby is stubborn. Dude is way too INCONSISTENT to be pitching in the 7th inning in tight situations. In 26 innings pitched, Moylan has allowed 25 hits, 17 walks, and 2 hits batsmen. 44 baserunners in 26 innings pitched.

Good going, Moylan. I didnt say that he wasnt able to get hitters out. However he has been nearly consistent enough to warrant pitching in the 7th inning of tight situations. With Moylan is like a crapshot, a coin flip.

Moylan’s stuff was actually pretty good yesterday. I don’t like side armers, but his stuff look filthy for the 1st time this year yesterday….hopefully the stuff is just as good pitching back-to-back games…
