We may have that right handed power bat already on our team. We do have him another year. Bat him against lefties and Kotch against righties, along with resting Brian when necessary. I love Kelly but Prado deserves a shot. Ball players are different today as all young people are. Hard work and respect for your job is a lost art. Bobby ( the greastest coach from a player stand point ) has a tough assignment massageing these young egos ( which we have caused with these insane salaries ) deserves to be there until he is ready to leave. Just pray Escobar turns the tide like Andrew did because he will be great. I just hope as a BRAVE.

Kenny K has shown he can step up to the challenge in big matchups (Halladay) and Dice K hasn’t been that great so far.
I like our chances tonight and the next ten days. I for one am not going to be in awe of the Red Sox (who we play pretty well against) or a Yankees team who just lost 2 of 3 to the Nats.

He got that ring as a rookie. He’s been chasing another one for his whole career. (CHOP)
he has stated a number of times over the years that he hates to DH. He has also said many times that he wants to finish as a Brave. I kinda doubt he would ok most deals. I also kinda doubt that he would really bring all that much back in a trade with his injury history. The most likely chance to get a big return would be a trading deadline deal and that is the type that I think he would be least likely to OK.
