Agreed. People overvalue prospects. They look at a guy like Flowers and think “man, if this guy plays to his potential, he’ll be good”. What they forget to factor in is what happens when a guy doesn’t play to his potential, which happens frequently.

When a prospect is performing better than his expected long-term potential, you sell, just like in the stock market.
