this must be a tougher decision for griffey than i thought...atlanta seems like a much better fit for a lot of reason...any chance tommy glavine and griffey might be holding eachother up? maybe braves want glavine to sign first? or vice versa

DOB: Any chance the delay on Glavine/Griffey signings could be that the Braves haven't decided on roster moves they would need to make?

Griffey isn't really leaning towards the M's is he? That doesn't make any sense for him at all.

If Hudson really does return by late August or September (big if, of course), the Braves rotation could get pretty crowded. Especially if Tommy Hanson works his way into the rotation by the fall. With Hudson and Hanson in, who goes to the bullpen? Do you really put Tom Glavine and Kawakami in the bullpen? Injuries and maybe a few disappointing performances could take care of the problem, but what if Glavine is having a decent year and the other four starters are performing about as expected?

I just can't see Bobby Cox moving Glavine to the bullpen to finish his career if he is pitching well. But, it would also be awfully hard to send Vazquez, Jurrjens or Kawakami to the bullpen if they are pitching as expected.
