“You are not alone” if you’re looking for a deal on Cirque tickets for this weekend.
Get a discount on Cirque du Soleil’s “Michael Jackson the Immoral World tour” this Sunday from Goldstar.com. These aren’t the cheap seats — they’re premium, center-of-the-arena seating for $124.50 including fees (regularly $195.60 on Ticketmaster).
A bit about the show, from Goldstar:
Presented by The Estate of Michael Jackson and Cirque du Soleil, Michael Jackson the Immortal World Tour is a riveting fusion of visuals, dance, music and fantasy that immerses audiences in Jackson’s creative world and literally turns his signature moves upside down. The Immortal World Tour takes place in a fantastical realm where Jackson’s inspirational Giving Tree — the wellspring of his creativity — offers the treasures of Jackson’s inner world — his love of music, dance, fairy tale, magic and nature.

$124.50 including fees… that’s really a deal? I wouldn’t pay half that.

This is not a Jackson Concert…(so his brother’s will not be there). This is a Cirque du Soleil’s Show – Featuring Michael Jackson Music & Imagery… I’m excited..I can’t wait to go. People are paying $144.00 to go to Jill Scott’s concert @ Chastain Park; I would rather pay $124.50 and be entertained with the music from Michael Jackson song’s & Cirque du Soleil’s show masterpiece….

well if the production is good or better than what they did with the Beatles “LOVE” than this will be an awesome show…

Thanks Gwen for clearing that up. Enjoy the show. By the way Jill Scott can’t get my money either. These concert tickets are outrageous. I’ll rather donate my money thats benefiting someone in need.

You’ve not experienced a show until you go to a Cirque du Soleil extravaganza. With MJ on board, it will be unbelievable!

From some reviews I’ve read this is not a good Cirque production (I’ve seen Kooza and Mystere). Complaints regarding venue size (too large), remixed music, folks saying they were leaving at intermission, average performances, etc. No thanks!

Even with so many MJ haters, and Cirque show haters….this show is still the #1 concert in attendance since the date it was launched last year. You can check out Pollstar for the latest numbers.
FYI: Those who want to see the show bought the tickets 2 years ago!…so those who don’t want to go can stay home and drink the koolaid. It is hard to find a good ticket this late.

Wow that was a great deal, I got the ticket as a gift two years ago for Christmas. Saw the show last night and LOVED IT!! Told the gift giver it was worth every penny.
And you WILL miss MJ … watching this show made me miss him all over again, because anyone who enjoyed his music or saw him perform knows what a great entertainer he was and what this show could have been if he were involved.
I know what Cathy means … a few people I told that I was going to see this show looked at me like I was crazy too but oh well, their loss. I wasn’t in the same seats offered in this advertisement, but the seats I had in section 111 were excellent, didn’t need to be any closer.

I was there Saturday night and it was the best live show/concert i have ever seen. This was the best production to hit ATL since Gone With The Wind. If you didn’t see it how are you a critic, only condescending jerks get their kick out of cynisism. The show was worth it’s ticket and more.
