Hey, what’s wrong with Ramen noodles? Throw out the soup packet and boil up some leftover meat, poached egg, sliced cucumber, frozen peas, and matchstick carrots. Then top with raw bean sprouts, sliced green onions, cilantro, and a swirl of Siracha. Half of Asia wouldn’t love ramen if it was disgusting!
